I’m here to help guide you toward evidence-based tools and skills — and to help you practice them in real life situations — to help you reduce conflict in all areas of life and create healthy relationships with friends, family, romantic partners, and other people in general.
As a highly-trained professional dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) coach who formerly worked as a psychiatric and ER nurse, I bring with me the knowledge and skills to help people who are suffering from BPD or high emotional sensitivity, as well as those who are close to them. I am also qualified to train and provide resources to other DBT coaches and therapists.
My goal is to help anyone who needs it, because everyone deserves to have a life worth living.

Lisa Bond Coaching is a welcoming practice that helps individuals and families living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) or high emotional sensitivity / reactivity to build skills (interpersonal and DBT skills), improve relationships, and create a life worth living. This practice also helps coaches and therapists learn and integrate the evidence-based methodologies that I use into their own practices.
