My comprehensive must-have library

stack of books

As a clinician, coach, parent or client you have probably bought numerous books in an effort to get the best information possible to help your client, self, or loved one.

But the amount of money and time spent doesn’t always yield the desired results.

Over my many years of working with families and clients who have endured trauma in some form or another and/ or who wrestle with intense emotional sensitivity. I’ve pared down my extensive library to those resources that I turn to over and over again.

Yes, there are many other good publications out there and I add to this list regularly and I encourage you to consume as much as is reasonably possible.

However, for the new therapist or new to DBT therapist, coaches, family and clients, anything from this list is going to be well worth the price.
