Groups are offered regularly (info below, all times are Eastern time). In order to join a group, I ask that you complete a 90-minute orientation session with me (unless otherwise noted). This allows for rolling admission so you can join any time and be up to speed. Some people need 6 weeks to learn and practice all the skills while others just need one or two modules. We’ll determine what’s best for you on our orientation call.

I've learned DBT several ways. Lisa is the best by far.

“I find her way of consolidating all this information very creative, and approached in a way that I never have even considered. I’ve learned DBT several ways: On Facebook, in an eating disorders place, and through Lisa. Lisa is the best by far.”

Lisa is an excellent teacher and teaches skills to the group in an approachable and relatable way.

“I would recommend Lisa’s group to anyone who is highly sensitive and wants to learn how to more effectively handle your emotions and interactions with others. Learning how to apply DBT skills to my life was the most valuable aspect. I learned to be more mindful and less judgmental of my thoughts and emotions.”
