Join a


Groups are offered regularly (info below). In order to join a group, I ask that you complete a 90-minute orientation session with me (60-minute session for the Wednesday evening group). This allows for rolling admission so you can join any time and be up to speed. Some people need 6 weeks to learn and practice all the skills while others just need one or two modules. We’ll determine what’s best for you on our orientation call.

Finding Purpose & Quality of Life - Monthly on Sunday

6 months with a la carte option 

Specifically designed to help individuals deliberately create their purpose filled life. Years of replicated research proves that when we intentionally engage in activities connected to our personal core values we will experience more happiness and a greater sense of self worth. The group will focus on identifying each individual’s core strengths, personal values, unique purpose at this stage of life, and how to use DBT Skills to improve quality of life right now with the support of peers and the group coach. 

Sessions are $50 each / $135 for 3 / $270 for 6
