Training & Support
Coping Ahead for the Holidays
4-week psycho-education and structured process group for anyone who finds themselves dreading the coming season
About the Support Group
A 4-week group training and supportive process for individuals who are finding themselves stuck in a vortex of grief and/or anxiety as the rest of the world moves into the supposedly “festive” fall and winter holiday season.
The goal is to create a community of like minded people who can offer support and understanding for each other when the rest of the world just doesn’t get it.
The group will meet weekly for 90 minutes on 4 consecutive weeks, beginning Monday October 26, 2020 via Zoom.
Holidays don't have to be intolerable
Grief, loss, disappointment, and anxiety associated with the holidays are part of many people’s lives.
Imagine a holiday season where you’re able to honor your emotions and still have a good time and positive connections with others…

How would it feel if you could...
- Choose to host/attend events according to your own scheduling needs versus what others expect of you?
- Choose how much time you spent in the presence of people who typically make you feel uncomfortable?
- Escape from the ancient pattern of overspending, over partying, and endless regret?
- Avoid family interactions that don’t serve you?
That's what we're going to do together in
Coping Ahead for the Holidays

Here’s what you can expect…
Transform the dread that arises this time of year anticipating the darker days and looming expectations for cheerfulness and joy (ugh) into a new experience that doesn’t totally suck, and might even include a few bright spots!
here's what's inside
